Each of the a+ premium small-batch wines is created in Marlborough and blended to Ant's personal taste with an emphasis on the bright, vibrant notes of the locally grown fruit. This refined Sauvignon Blanc has an intense herbaceous nose with soft, textural tropical notes of melon and mango on the palate, and a clean long limey finish. Perfect with barbecued fish or a bowl of green lipped mussels and fresh asparagus. The grapes were selected from premium vineyards in the Waihopai and Wairau Valleys to provide a complex base that gives the sensory experience of layers of complexity. Stainless steel fermentation using aromatic yeasts retains varietal character while a short period of lees contact and a small portion fermented in oak barrels contributes texture and roundness.

Our Cumulus Méthode Traditionelle Blanc de Blanc with zero dosage, is a return to natural authenticity. The hand harvested grapes from our clone 6 Chardonnay planted in 1991 are whole bunch pressed. This Chardonnay clone has been specifically selected for its citrus freshness and light elegant structure on the palate. Cumulus exhibits a fine and persistent bead with creamy brioche aromas from time on yeast lees in the bottle and is elegantly dry in style.
